Q: I received an error message when I click on the email link "YES I WANT TO ATTEND" located on the complementary advance screening invitation.


A: You must login first with your username and password located at the top left column on the LasVegasFreeMovies.com website.

Q: I cannot print my complementary advance screening pass or when I print it, it prints the whole web page.


A: You must login first with your username and password located at the top left column.

Below is a screen-shot of the correct way to print your pass:

Look at the upper red circle, green print button… that is where you click to print your pass.

Then another window opens up (insert) and click on the green print button (lower red circle) as well.

This way you are only printing the pass and not the entire web page.

Q: How do I change my user name, password or contact information?

A: Login with your present user name and password.

Look to the section on the upper left of the website that shows "Members Online".

Click on your user name which will take you to your profile.
Click on the edit tab, contact info, then enter your new information and click edit tab (drop down) to update your profile.

 

Q: Do I need to be a subscriber to receive free movie tickets?


A: Yes! It's FREE to join and easy too! Just click the "Membership Sign-Up" button on the left hand column and fill out the simple questionnaire. Be sure to immediately check your email (or spam/junk folder) from LasVegasFreeMovies.com and click on the 'confirmation link' to complete your registration. That's all there is to it!


Q: Do you share my personal information to marketing companies?


A: No… we never share your personal information with anyone!


Q: Do I need to give all the form information to become a member?


A: Yes. We need this information to better understand your movie preferences to better serve you.


Q: When will I receive free movie passes to advance screenings?


A: As soon as you join we will place you on our list based on your preferences for available movies.


Q: Can I print more than one pass to the advance movie screening I was invited to?


A: No. The LasVegasFreeMovies.com membership wants to give everyone the chance to see advanced movie screenings. By trying to use more than one pass sent to you, you can be excluded from future screenings.

Some family movies may have 'Family Four Packs' and will state 'Admit Four' on the pass so you may bring your children.


Q: Do I need to bring my I.D. with my printed pass to the theater for the advance screening?


A: Yes. We need to verify that the subscriber that was sent the advance screening pass is the person attending the advance screening. This protects you from others from using your pass and keeping you from attending the movie.


Q: What if I haven't received an advance screening pass for a while after I joined?


A: Because there a limited number of passes available for free movie screenings (determined by the movie studios) LasVegasFreeMovies.com membership rotates through its members that have not received advanced movie screening passes to give all our members a fair chance to receive invitations. Please be patient, you will receive an advance movie screening invitation when we rotate to your name.
